Taught by Rabbi Alpert. Neshama Body and Soul is a practice that combines movement and spiritual reflection. Through strength-training and various forms of prayer, we reconnect our physical and spiritual selves. Neshama l’Shabbat incorporates themes and music (including a playlist) from Shabbat into the experience.

Neshama l’Shabbat is open to all regardless of age, gender, or religious background. Please wear work out clothes and sneakers, bring a bottle of water, and although this is not Yoga, feel free to bring your own mat.
