Building Community with in-person classes

This year our Sunday religious school will return to 100% in person classes,  providing opportunities for our students and families to build community as we celebrate holidays together and creatively explore our rich tradition. Our Religious School Experience this year consists of:

Weekday Class – Convenient online Learning

Our Gimmel-Zayin classes meet online on Wednesdays 4:00-5:30.

Personalized One-on-One Hebrew and Trope Instruction

From Kitah Gimmel and up our students will have weekly half hour one-on-one sessions online with our Hebrew specialist, getting personalized attention to master the skills to decode Hebrew and lead prayers with confidence. Starting in Kitah Hey our students also have individual sessions to learn Torah and Haftarah trope.

Family Learning Experiences in-person engagement

The family is at the center of Jewish living and throughout the year we will have many opportunities to learn and celebrate together as families, observing  Shabbat and the cycle of the Jewish year. Families will engage all of the senses as we cook holiday foods, sing, dance, make art and play games that bring our holy days to life. All our family learning days or “Sunday fun days” as one of our students calls them, are open to all. More info
