The south bay IAC was organized to provide a strong support for Israel, in face of mounting Palestinian misinformation and distortion. It will act in cooperation with other congregations and concerned people in the peninsula.

There is a long history to the bloody and political Israeli-Palestinian conflict, in addition to the anti-Jewish propaganda that has showed up again in the Muslim world. Supporting the Jewish state of Israel has been, is, and always will be a critical component for Jews in America.

We therefore should stand behind the US government anti-terrorist policy and strive for a just solution of the conflict, which will assure Israeli security. Israel is faced with enormous challenges, and we must do all in our power to help. What we can do...

Provide justification for the Israeli cause in the minds of:

• Our friends
• Representatives
• The media

Provide accurate data, timely support and promotion for events, such as:

• Meetings and rallies
• Education for and training of teenagers, students and adults
• Bringing in outside speakers
• Alerting members to time-critical issues affecting Israel
