Hosha’na Rabbah is the final day of the intense period of reflection and self-evaluation that began on Rosh Hashanah. Join us for one last chance to wave the lulav & Etrog and to beat the willow branches on the floor!

Shmini Atzeret Services Yizkor
Monday, October 1, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Join us in prayer to celebrate Shemini Atzeret, the Festival of Booths, with reciting of Hallel – psalms of praise and remembering our loved ones with the Yizkor – Memorial service. Lunch follows.

Monday, October 1, 6:30 – 6:30 p.m

Join Rabbi Alpert in an abbreviated holiday experience; decorate flags, hear a special story, see a Torah scroll, then sing and dance in celebration of our New Year!

Erev Simḥat Torah Service
Monday, October 1, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Our celebration includes singing, dancing and “hakafot” (marching) with our Torah scrolls around the sanctuary.

Simḥat Torah Services
Tuesday, October 2, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Hakafot (dancing with the Torah) for all ages! It’s time to make some joyful noise and dance. Celebrate the giving of the Torah and the value it adds to our lives. We will honor David Hoffman and Wendy Glasser for their service. Lunch follows.
