Neshama Body and Soul – Pray, Sweat, Reflect

Neshama Body and Soul is a practice that combines movement and spiritual reflection. Through strength-training and various forms of prayer, our intention is to reconnect our physical and spiritual selves. Neshama Body and Soul is open to all regardless of age, gender, or religious background.

Please wear work out clothes and sneakers, bring a bottle of water, and although this is not Yoga, feel free to bring your own mat, if you prefer. Taught by Rabbi Alpert. This is a one time, trial event. If interest is high it may become a regular class.
